When the UK’s leading mortgage broker, Mortgageforce opened a new branch in Chester, it wanted to quickly establish its position as market leader and deliver the message that people could save money by switching their mortgage.

"This secured extensive press coverage about the launch and ensured that the branch attracted the attention of passing shoppers - and because entrants of the SMS competition were invited to enter a code they received by text 'to break the safe and be in with the chance to win an additional £100,' it helped to drive people to the new branch," added Simon.
