Navigation’s the key for Radleigh Homes

Websites are a major marketing tool for house builders – whether someone has simply driven past a new development or is actively looking for a new home, their first step is to go on-line to find out more.  Radleigh Homes believed its existing website was functional but difficult to navigate around and therefore, wasn’t working effectively.

We researched industry websites to see what works and what doesn’t and then surveyed home hunters about how they use property websites. Using this information, we then designed a new customer-focused website which provides instant access to property information.  A news column was included on the home page to allow our PR team to upload company news thus improving natural search engine optimisation.  Finally, we extensively tested the website to see how customers used it – this allowed us to assess how customers clicked through from one section to the next and whether any information needed changing.  The result?  A website that helps Radleigh to move homes!
