Benefiting Center Parc employees

Center Parcs offers fantastic employee benefits, but surprisingly, take-up amongst the staff at Whinfell Forest was low.  Managers came to the conclusion that those staff members who didn’t use the intranet as part of their job, where these benefits were listed, had forgotten that they were available.

To remind staff exactly what they were missing out on, we designed a series of four bright and colourful posters – each poster focused on a different benefit, including employee discounts; childcare vouchers; the recommend a friend scheme and employee recognition scheme.  These were displayed on the main corridor leading to all other staff-only areas. Take-up of the benefits has notably increased and we have now been asked to produce similar posters for two other Center Parcs villages.
